How Do I Place An Order?
All our orders are custom designed and made for our customers. Please contact us through the contact tab if you would like to place an order.
Payment & Shipping
Payment is due upon ordering. Once your order is approved by you, we will send you an invoice. We can ship anywhere in the US. Cost for shipping depends on the size of the order and location in which we ship. This will be calculated and added into your quote.
Returns & Refunds
We hope that you are 100% satisfied with you Pub Threads order. We carefully review every order and encourage our customers to review all design work and spelling before approving for production. We are not responsible for errors on design or spelling of names once the order is approved. These custom dye sublimated shirts are made to order and have no value to anyone but you as the customer, therefore there will be no refunds. Any defects in the construction of the shirt shall be brought to our attention within 7 days of delivery. Claims must be made via email with a detailed description along with pictures showing the defect. We will correct any defects that relay to the workmanship of the shirt, and will not accept any claims after 7 days. Pub Threads is not responsible for variations in coloring, image sizing, spelling, or quality of any artwork that is provided to us from the customer.
What is Dye Sublimation?
Dye Sublimation/Sublimated Tees is an awesome printing technique that allows for vibrant, full color, all-over print tees and garments. The artwork is printed onto a sheet of high-release paper and transferred onto the tee using heat and pressure.The actual chemical bonding of the ink with the soft material means dye sublimation printing is extremely durable. Dye-sub prints last just as long as traditional graphics, and they’re also easy to take care of. They can be washed or steamed easily.
What is the cost for a custom design?
A custom design will be crafted specifically for your needs by our design team. Every design is unique and will start at a cost of $50 for the artwork. If there are any additional costs for the artwork, we will quote you prior to designing. This design fee is non-refundable. Order 10 or more shirts and we will waive the design fee!! Our shirts are then a flat rate of $35. If in the future, you need to reorder, there will be no extra cost for design work as we will save your artwork for future ordering. As always, all custom names/numbers on the shirts come at no extra cost to you!
